Terms & Conditions

1.  Applicability

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all products ordered online. By ordering our products, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

2.  Client’s Status

By placing an order, the client guarantees that: i.   He/She is at least 18 years of age, ii.  He/She is legally competent.

3.  Payments

We accept following payment methods. PayPal, Visa Debit/Credit, Master card, American Express payments and Bank transfer. A full payment is taken from your card immediately once order is placed. All credit card and debit card payments are subject to validity checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4.  Supplying Files We accept following file format. JPEG, TIF, Print ready PDF. Please ensure all fonts are curved and images are embedded. All files need to be supplied with at least a 3mm bleed, if files are supplied without the correct amount of bleed we will put a border around the artwork for cutting purposes. All files must be supplied in CMYK. If artwork is supplied in RGB, we will not be held responsible for differences in colour due to conversions from RGB to CMYK colour mode. All designs and images must be 350dpi resolution. Horizon Printing cannot be held responsible for out-of-focus or distorted designs provided by the client.

5.  Right To Vary These Terms and Conditions We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you place an order with us, unless any change to these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to these terms and conditions before we send you the Order Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).

If the goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, you may reject them and claim a full refund. If the fault is found later on, or if you delay in making a complaint, you will still be entitled to a repair or, if a repair cannot be done without causing you significant inconvenience, a replacement. If a replacement is not available, you may claim a part or full refund of your money.

No claim for faulty goods can be made if any of the following applies: damage caused deliberately or negligence, improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage caused by not heeding, or incorrectly heeding the user/washing instructions.

For orders delivered to a UK address, if you want to return any faulty products in line with our Return Policy, please contact us at hello@helloprint.co.uk. When returning the goods you are required to fill out the Return document that we will have included with your order.

We will re-imburse the amount you paid for your purchase with us to your account within 30 days.

In the event that the wrong product has been sent to you, we will refund the amount you paid for your purchase with us including the original shipping costs. Any costs incurred on your behalf for the return of the wrong item shall also be refunded by us once we have received the goods from you.

Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised by you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item does not meet our published specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of the printing.com re-seller. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
